By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following terms.
I reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason.I have the right to alter my t.o.s at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.By buying my art you’re purchasing my labor and only a partial right to a design/art piece. Pricing & Ordering
There is an additional complexity fee for characters with intricate marking, very detailed background work, machinery, and complex patterns/objects.
Price quotes are available and free of charge. Any and all future clients can inquire at any time.
Commissions at this time must have a visual reference. In the event that said reference is shaded- color accuracy may not be 100%.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments are to be made via Paypal/ Cashapp/Venmo/ unless a different payment is agreed upon. All prices are in USD and should be paid in that currency.
All payments should be fulfilled upfront with exceptions to payment plan situations.
In the situation of a payment plan, if the client is late with such payments without notification/communication, then I will stop all progress/abandon the project within a week. Once the project is abandoned there are no refunds.
Once a commission is past the sketch and approved, there are no refunds.
You are entitled and encouraged to give feedback on sketches. All revisional commissions are included with a (*) beside them.
Progress/Revisions
Completion time may take longer or be quicker than the approximate time listed/given. Monthly updates are given for all commissions.
With exceptions of commissions not marked with an (*), each commission type will receive a sketch stage for approval and right to revision. You may draw, edit or correct any way you see fit.
Final edits and adjustments to a finished piece are allowed and free of charge if it is an error on my part. All other adjustments will be subjected to a fine.
Any additional work outside of the initial project and quote will be charged accordingly.
Deadlines are available if asked. Must be communicated and agreed upon before payment. Deadlines will affect prices and can be declined.

I reserve the right to repost any and all art and use it for marketing/promotional purposes.
Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit is included and no profit is being made.
I do not/will not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation.
What's life?I'm a 25-year-old African-American artist from Chicago that decided to make my hobby my career! I write, Rp, animate, scribble and illustrate my ideas in between real-life shenanigans and you might see me lurk more than anything in a lot of online spaces. I've volunteered in numerous places, became mentors for the youth, helped maintain a garden, became an assistant volleyball coach, and would like to one day be content with everything I've done.
I am an avid supporter of human rights, equality, justice for minorities (Black people specifically), women, and an ally to all LGBTQ+ people. Any spaces in which I am the leader/admin are safe spaces and I do not condone any insensitive jokes, quips, slurs (reclaimed or not), and/or remarks in any fashion. I will not hesitate to block or cease all communication pertaining to this. You have been warned.

All commissions are for personal use only at this time.
When are your coms open?
All year long. There's rarely a time I will close them and if I do it'll be visible on my trello board, here and other places you normally would see my link to it!
Is there a max amount I can order?
At this time, no.
Can I draw your characters?
Go for it! Just please nothing sexual, racist, extremely gory, or fetish-like.
Keep it clean.
Can we co-own characters?
I’m not comfortable sharing characters with anyone. If someone claims they are with me it's false.

If it's a base, commission, F2u/free-to-use, gift etc then sure. But please don't use my personal artwork or anything else.

On Artfight/ occasionally when I feel like it. It depends really. If I'm open to it I usually ask/have it somewhere posted that they're open!

If it's your commission, fanart, An art trade, gift etc sure! Please remember to credit me somewhere.
CAN I REFERENCE YOUR ART?
If you have any respect for me and my work, please do not. It makes me uncomfortable and I've had too many cases of glaring similarities that went past my boundaries.I recommend referencing photos, real-life, and videos.

NEWS and UPDATES
The only place you'll probably get any behind the scenes, what i'm up to's and commission changes for now.
I removed the smolls commission option Janurary of 2024. I found myself putting too much detail in them, making them bigger and essentially undercharging too. The new option is Squares!
Making a design t.o.s, Designs prior to 2/13/24 won't have to follow this.
I plan on moving away from Toyhouse as my main commission platform.
